Attribution is the foundation of affiliate marketing. If you can't tell which creator drove which sale, you can't pay them accurately. Redtalkers generates a unique tracking link and discount code for every creator in your program. Links use first-party tracking pixels that fire on your store's confirmation page, capturing the order ID, product, value, and creator attribution. Discount codes are tracked at checkout, so even if a creator's link gets stripped by ad blockers or browser privacy settings, the code still attributes the sale. You can set custom code formats — CREATOR20, SARAH15, JORDAN10 — or let the system auto-generate them. Links and codes are managed from the creator's deal page, so you can see all of a creator's affiliate assets in one place. Expiration dates, usage limits, and product restrictions can be applied to any code or link.

Redtalkers tracks the full funnel from click to conversion. Every click on a creator's affiliate link is logged with timestamp, geo, device, and referring page. Conversions are imported directly from Shopify, WooCommerce, or custom ecommerce platforms via API or CSV. Each imported order is matched to the creator whose link or code was used, and the commission is calculated automatically based on the creator's tier and rate. You can see click-through rates, conversion rates, average order value, and revenue per creator, per code, per campaign. Real-time dashboards show today's clicks, conversions, and revenue, so you can spot trending creators before the monthly report comes out. Order import handles returns and refunds too — if a customer returns a product, the commission is clawed back automatically. No manual reconciliation. No overpaying commissions on returned orders.
Tiered commission rates that scale with performance
Not all creators drive the same value, so they shouldn't all earn the same commission. Redtalkers tiered commission system lets you set different rates based on performance, exclusivity, or relationship stage. A new creator might start at 10% commission. Once they've driven $10,000 in attributed revenue, they automatically move to 15%. At $50,000, they move to 20%. Tiers can be based on revenue, conversion count, or custom criteria. You can also negotiate custom rates with individual creators — a VIP creator might get 25% while standard affiliates get 10%. Tier changes are logged and communicated to the creator automatically, so there's no confusion about what rate they're earning. Commission rates can vary by product category too — 20% on full-price items, 5% on sale items, 0% on gift cards. The flexibility lets you structure your affiliate program to incentivize the behaviors that drive your business.

Paying creators is where affiliate programs often break down. Spreadsheets, manual PayPal sends, forgotten W-9s, international wire fees. Redtalkers payout queue automates the entire process. Commissions accrue on each creator's account as conversions are imported. When a creator's balance hits the minimum payout threshold ($50, $100, you set it), they enter the payout queue. The queue shows every creator ready for payout, their balance, their preferred payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, Stripe Connect), and their tax form status (W-9 collected, VAT registered, etc.). You approve payouts individually or in batch, and the system initiates payments through the integrated payment rails. Tax forms are collected and stored securely, with automatic reminders sent to creators who haven't submitted them. 1099s are generated at year-end for US creators. International creators get the right forms for their jurisdiction. Payouts that used to take a full day of finance work now take 15 minutes.
