• rt_token: Stores your JWT authentication token. This is sent with every API request to verify your identity. Without it, you cannot access the Service.
• rt_organization_id: Identifies which organization you belong to, enabling multi-tenant data isolation. Required for all organization-scoped API calls.
• rt_workspace_id: Identifies your active workspace within the organization, enabling workspace-scoped features like CRM data, influencer profiles, and social media tools.

These items are stored in your browser’s local storage and are automatically removed when you log out. You can also manually clear them at any time (see Section 9 below), but doing so will immediately end your session and require you to log in again.

5. Preference Technologies

These technologies remember your personal preferences and settings, enhancing your experience by avoiding the need to reconfigure the Service each time you visit. They are not essential for the core functionality but significantly improve usability.

• theme: Stores your choice of light, dark, or system theme. Applied before the page renders to prevent a flash of incorrect styling.
• accentColor: Stores your selected accent color (e.g., emerald, red, blue) for UI elements throughout the application.
• profileBackgroundUrl: Stores a custom background image URL for your profile page.
• next-intl-locale: Remembers your selected language (English, Hindi, German, and others) so the Service loads in your preferred language on subsequent visits.

Preference items are stored persistently and remain on your device until you clear them or change your settings within the Service.

6. Analytics and Performance

We may use analytics technologies on our marketing pages (such as the homepage, pricing page, feature pages, and blog) to understand how visitors discover and interact with our content. This helps us:

• Measure which marketing pages are most visited and how long visitors stay.

9.1 Within the Service

• Theme: Use the theme toggle (sun/moon icon) in the navigation bar to switch between light and dark mode.
• Accent Color: Change your accent color in Settings → Profile.
• Language: Use the language switcher in the navigation bar.
• Log Out: Logging out removes your authentication token and organization/workspace context from local storage.

9.2 Through Your Browser

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View all cookies stored on your device.
• Delete individual or all cookies.
• Block cookies from specific websites.
• Block all third-party cookies.
• Clear all browsing data (cookies, cache, local storage) when you close the browser.

9.3 Clearing Local Storage
